UPDATE 26 OCT 2008: All the themes on this site have now been updated to fully support all the new features in glype 1.0. Now you can use disclaimer.php and other policy pages with any of the themes on this site. The use of the theme customizer is still recommended though.

However, if you have already downloaded a template off this site I recommend that you re-download it to get the most latest code with bug fixes.
