Paper proxy is another open source glype proxy design by glypedesigns.com . This design looks like a piece of stained old parchment with shades of brown as the predominant colours.
The template is a two column design with a right sidebar that you can use for links to your network's sites or an adsense skyscraper. The content column includes enough space for one large rectangle or two square ads adjacent to each other.
The design is fully customizable using the included config.php file. If you know php you can edit that file manually or use the online customizing tool.
This theme is released under the creative commons attribution share-alike license.
Check out the demo site for an example ad layout.
Update 10 march 2008: The theme now unzips into a folder called paper. No longer is the word proxy found in the internal links of the theme.

Remember that all the themes on this site are free and you use them at your own risk. It is YOUR job to make sure you use them properly. FYI, you can just rename the theme directory to something else and edit the siteNAME constant in [glype directory]/includes/settings.php to reflect same. The internal links will change accordingly.
